Bimo offers in-app purchases, including the ability to send virtual gifts to other users. All payments are processed securely through third-party app stores (Google Play) and are subject to their respective billing terms.

All purchases made within the app are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. If you experience a billing issue or believe you have been charged in error, please contact the platform through which you made the purchase (Google) for support.

By making a purchase on Bimo, you agree that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method;
• You understand and accept that virtual goods (such as gifts) have no monetary value outside the app;
• Bimo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized purchases.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You can:

• Access or update your profile and account settings
• Control app permissions (camera, microphone, location) through your device settings
• Delete your account: Go to My Page > Tap the settings icon in the top right > Select "Delete Account" > Confirm deletion. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

We retain your data only as long as necessary for legitimate business purposes or as required by law. Once you delete your account, we will remove your personal information, except where legal obligations require retention.

10. International Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and stored in countries outside your own, including where our service providers are located. By using Bimo, you consent to such transfers.
