Welcome to Bimo, a video chat and social networking platform designed for real-time interactions, virtual gifting, and genuine connection - exclusively for adults 18 years or older.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Bimo application ("App" or "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.


1. Protection of Minors

Bimo is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We do not permit use by minors, nor do we knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. By using Bimo, you affirm that you meet the age requirement and are fully capable of entering into a binding agreement.

If we discover or are notified that a minor is using the platform, we will immediately delete the associated account and any related data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Bimo is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or suitability of the App for any purpose. Use of the service is at your own risk.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and are not liable for any content posted by users or third parties.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bimo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or personal harm due to interactions with other users.


10. Legal Compliance and Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other relevant laws based on your location.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Bimo complies with all local laws, rules, and regulations. In the event of a conflict, the governing law shall be that of your country or region of residence.
